The beans chosen for Punch
No. 1 Coffee have to be a certain size and shape -
technically a 19 screen size. And, every one pound
pack should have no more than three beans with defects.
That’s less than 1 defect every 800 coffee beans.
The result is a 0.05% yield from a PSC AA grade coffee
that is a 19 screen sized bean, with minimum standard
of 9 defects per kilo. The beans are sun-dried and
hand sorted bagged and shipped to our warehouse in
Australia for roasting.
