Shipping
The prices shown on the Punch® Coffee Company website are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and where applicable, include GST (Goods and Services Tax) for Australian Domestic Customers, as well as for International customers that require delivery to recipients within Australia.
Customers that purchase our products for delivery outside Australia are eligible for discounts on the listed prices of 10% on products that are noted as having GST included.
We invite you to shop online and when in the Check-Out process, click on the ‘Shipping Charges’ button to obtain the relevant shipping charges for the items in your Shopping Cart.
We do not have a minimum order requirement, however the cost of shipping, particularly for International customers, is more cost effective when several items are purchased.
Insurance is recommended on all International orders.
Australian Shipping Charges estimates
In Australia, we use the Toll IPEC shipping service and offer ‘flat price’ shipping rates (inclusive of the current fuel surcharge) for orders of up to 3kgs air-freight for all non-remote postcodes in Australia. Capital city deliveries are usually the next business day, with other postcodes a maximum of 3 days delivery.
The following remote postcodes will attract a $45.00 surcharge:

International Shipping Charges estimates
We use Toll Priority (a member of the Sky Net Global Group) for all International shipping and our shipping charges are for air freight express door-to-door delivery, inclusive of current airline security and fuel surcharges.
Generally International shipments will be delivered within 3 business days, from the date of dispatch. The following chart provides general shipping timeframes for each delivery Zone:

International Customs:
Customs duties may be payable in some countries and International customers are responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes applicable for the importation of our products into your country. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause a delay to the delivery of your items.
