THE LANGUAGE OF COFFEE
Coffee flavour has a language of its own. The most desirable flavor characteristics of coffee are described below.

  • Bright, Dry, Sharp, or Snappy – bright in colour and flavour
  • Caramelly – candy like or syrupy
  • Chocolatey – an aftertaste similar to unsweetened chocolate or vanilla
